Membership conditions
- These basic membership conditions apply to all members of the Light Ragaz Memberclub located at Kronenplatz 10, CH-7310 Bad Ragaz.
- The minimum age for membership is 18 years.
- Unless otherwise stated, membership begins on the day of registration and is valid for the current calendar year. It is an annual membership for a maximum of 12 months.
- The membership fee will be invoiced within 15 days of receipt of the application by e-mail (or post). Unless otherwise stated, the membership fee is CHF 80.- (private) or CHF 250.- (company) per year.
- The welcome package with the promised contents will be sent to the member by mail no later than 30 days after receipt of payment.
- The membership can be cancelled in writing until December 31st of the respective calendar year. If no written notice of cancellation is received by the stated date (postmark), the membership will be automatically renewed for 1 year and the membership fee will be due.
- Membership invoices will be sent by e-mail (or post) in January each year.
- With the registration, the member agrees that Light Ragaz AG may send him/her individual information and exclusive offers in connection with the Light Ragaz Memberclub by e-mail.
- Member data will not be passed on to third parties and will be deleted if membership is cancelled.
- Light Ragaz may change the general membership conditions or membership fees. In the event of material changes or changes that are disadvantageous to the member, Light Ragaz will inform the members a reasonable time before the changes take effect.
- In addition, the General Terms and Conditions of Light Ragaz AG apply.
