COVID-19
How we protect ourselves

Measures to protect our guests and employees

The Federal Council has enacted measures to combat COVID-19 – legal requirements such as bans as well as hygiene and behavioural rules. This will protect the safety of the population and further curb the spread of COVID-19. In order to protect the guests as well as the employees at Light Ragaz, the following measures are implemented.

Our philosophy

The protection concept is based on personal responsibility and respect of the guests as well as the employees. Our employees have been trained in the use of protective material and are equipped with it.

If at any time you feel unsafe or have any questions, our staff on site will always be happy to help.

Is a COVID certificate necessary?

For outdoor events without certificate
A certificate requirement may be waived for outdoor events if the following conditions are met:

  • max. 500 people

Light Ragaz takes place outdoors and we have limited the max. number of visitors per slot to 45 places. This means that a COVID certificate is not required to attend the event. However, a general mask obligation applies for all visitors.

Exception: Combined offers “Historical Dinner” & “Historical Guided Tour”:

A certificate obligation applies inside restaurants and bars. This means that a COVID certificate is required for the “Light Ragaz & Historical Dinner” offer. A COVID certificate is also required for consumption in the Krone Lounge (excluding the terrace).

Access to cultural and leisure facilities is also restricted to persons with a certificate. Thus, a COVID certificate is required for the “Light Ragaz & Historical Guided Tour” offer.
